I think is my favorite Tara Gentile post to date. (And that’s saying something!) You just helped me over an enormous psychological block. Thank you!

I love your perspective Tara! You have a way of helping people to see that they have the freedom to do things the way they want in ways that work for them, and that they don’t need to stress or apologize for it. I love it. It’s professional, revolutionary, and rebellious all mixed into one fine thing. Thanks so much!

As many others have said in the comments, Tara, thank you for putting words that I have just only recently begun to intuit as I gradually grow my business. After a couple of years of blogging (and loving it), my list size is still fairly modest. I decided to forge ahead anyway and experiment with offering an online course this past summer. A couple of things happened. First, to my delighted surprise, I absolutely loved the process of facilitating the course and supporting people to make some pretty significant breakthroughs. (The course is on creating right livelihood.) Second, I’ve begun to see an increasing amount of energy and buzz building up around my blog, without me doing a whole lot more than I was before to promote it.

I feel as though I’ve been rock climbing a massive wall and was, for a long while, stuck on a certain portion of the wall. And now with the launch of this e-course I feel like I’ve found the toe-hold that will be pivotal in getting me to the next ledge and beyond. After reading your brilliant post, I am beginning to understand why. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Tara,

Great post with clarity, passion, and a brilliant argument. And your timing is great, it was exactly what I needed. I bookmarked it when it first came out but didn’t have a chance to read it until today, because I knew I wanted to be able to sit down and fully absorb it. Hit the nail on the head! Thank you for that.
